The first two of my new series are now available. Ashes of the Green and Across the Wild Water.

• Ireland, 1846. as famine tightens its grip, the O’Malley family struggle to survive on the estate of retired Major Ainsley. Aileen O’Malley dreams of a future beyond hunger and hardship, her heart bound to Connor O’Shea, a young man determined to build a life of his own.But rebellion stirs. Aileen’s brother, Roddy, is swept into the Young Ireland movement, drawing Connor into peril that will drive him far from Mayo’s green fields. forced onto a journey across Ireland and Scotland, Connor must fight for survival in the crowded slums of Glasgow, torn between duty, loyalty, and the promise of love.
• From secret rebel meetings to crowded emigrant ships, Ashes of the Green is a sweeping tale of passion, sacrifice, and resilience in a land broken by hunger. At its heart lies a  question that will haunt Connor O’Shea: how far will you go for the ones you love, and what will you leave behind?

When the O’Malleys reach Quebec, they step straight into danger. Sean’s forbidden love for Elise Dubouis has ignited the fury of her powerful family—a family willing to destroy anyone who stands in their way. Forced to flee, the O’Malleys and Elise gamble everything on a perilous journey west, where every mile brings new dangers and unseen enemies.

Across the ocean in Glasgow, Connor O’Shea fights to better himself, and always at his side is Sorcha, the girl he met on the road to Dublin. But life for an Irish immigrant is never easy.

Two continents. Rising danger. Life hanging by a thread. Survival demands a high price. Will Connor and Aileen ever be reunited, or are their lives destined to be forever on different paths?

Also exciting news. My fifteen-year-old granddaughter, Maya, has written a book!

Maya's book tells the uncanny tale of Krysta, an ordinary schoolgirl, who discovers something very extraordinary while visiting the library. A book of spells. What follows is an exciting adventure of demons, angels and shapeshifters.
